WIPRO DOMAIN CONSULTANT ROLE AND PURPOSE:

WIPRO domain consultant Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
As the main client contact, you will lead engagements with support from our Consulting and Client Partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Business Strategy Development:
You will be responsible for developing, assessing, and validating the business strategies of our clients, including analyzing industry trends, competitive positioning, and defining strategic directions.
Solution Development:
Drawing on your experience and industry knowledge, you will create tailored solutions and services that align with our client’s business strategies, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
Project Scope and Delivery:
You will estimate the scope and liability of delivering the end product/solution, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.
Business Growth:
Actively seek opportunities to develop revenue in both existing and new areas, leveraging your understanding of the market and client requirements.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Lead engagements and provide guidance to less experienced team members, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and fostering professional growth.
Proposal Creation and Presales:
Drive the creation of compelling proposals and support presales activities for engagements with new clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
Practice Development:
Contribute to the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks, and methodologies, promoting consistency and excellence in our work.
Reusable Solutions:
Lead efforts in building go-to-market, off-the-shelf, and point solutions and process methodologies that can be leveraged for future projects, maximizing efficiency and scalability.
Intellectual Property:
Create reusable intellectual property from managed projects, enabling knowledge sharing and enhancing our capabilities.
