• Qualifications should be from recognized universities/institutes in India. by UGC/AICTE.
• Preference is given to candidates with post-qualification experience in specialization and/or non-life Insurance.

UIIC Recruitment 2023:Selection Procedure

1. The selection (except for doctors) will be based on the overall performance in the Online Examination and Interview.
2. For Doctors, the selection will solely depend on the performance in the interview; no written test will be conducted.
3. The selection process for candidates other than Doctors will involve an Online Examination, including:

1. The objective tests will have multiple-choice questions, with a penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidates. b. Scores of Online Examinations are calculated based on the number of correct answers minus penalties. c. Equated Scores are used to account for minor differences in difficulty level among different test forms. d. Test-wise scores and total scores are reported with decimal points up to two digits.

 

UIIC Recruitment 2023:Guidelines For Persons With Benchmark Disabilities Using A Scribe

• The visually impaired or candidates with disabilities affecting writing speed can use their own scribe at their own cost.
• The scribe should have lower qualifications than the candidate, not be a candidate for the same exam.
• Both the candidate and scribe must give an undertaking regarding eligibility and conduct.
• Compensatory time is provided for candidates using a scribe.

Guidelines for Candidates with Locomotor Disabilities and Cerebral Palsy:

• Compensatory time is allowed based on the extent of impairment (40% or more) affecting the dominant extremity.

• Visually impaired candidates (40% disability) can view the test in magnified font.
• Compensatory time is given for visually impaired candidates using a scribe.

Guidelines for Candidates with Intellectual Disability (ID):

• Compensatory time is provided for candidates with more than 40% Intellectual Disability.

UIIC Recruitment 2023:Examination Centers

• Written examinations are held at specific centers in India.
• The choice of the center must be indicated during the application, no requests for changes are allowed.

Downloading the Call Letter:

• Call letters for online tests are downloadable from the Company’s website.
• The call letter contains exam details, including reporting times.

Reporting at the Examination Center:

• Candidates must report early to the examination center.
• Reporting time is prior to the exam start time, and various formalities take time.

• An original photo ID along with a copy is required for identity verification.
