Selection Process:
The selection process for the engagement of apprentices will consist of two stages:
i. Online Written Test: The structure of the online written examination (objective type) will be as follows:

Note: The medium of the test for General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, and computer aptitude is denoted as “*” indicating that it will be available in the regional languages mentioned in the table.
This online written test is the first stage of the selection process for apprentices.
9. Duration and Stipend for SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2023 –
Duration of Training:
The duration of the training for this apprenticeship program is one year.
Stipend/Benefit:
The apprentices selected for this program are eligible for a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month for the entire engagement period, which is one year.
However, it’s important to note that the apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances or benefits apart from the stipend mentioned above.
Weightage/Relaxation in Recruitment of Junior Associates:
Weightage or relaxation in the recruitment of Junior Associates will be provided to apprentices as per the recruitment policy of the bank, which may be amended from time to time.
This weightage/relaxation will be granted to apprentices who succesfully complete the Apprenticeship training within our Bank, contingent upon the candidate’s satisfactory conduct and performance throughout the entire training period.
Successful completion of the Apprenticeship training includes passing a skill evaluation test (the trade test) and obtaining a joint National Apprenticeship Certificate jointly issued by SBI-NSDC/BFSI-SSC.
