I. Engineering Graduate Apprentices
If you hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or even Pharmacy, this program is tailor-made for you! NLC India Ltd. is offering a total of 201 training slots with a monthly stipend of INR 15,028/- for 12 months.
I. B. Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices
Non-engineering graduates have their share of opportunities as well. Fields like Commerce (B.Com), Computer Science (BSc. Computer Science), Computer Application (BCA), Business Administration (BBA), and Geology (BSc., Geology) offer a diverse range of options. A total of 105 training slots are available, with a monthly stipend of INR 12,524/– for 12 months.
I.C. Technician (Diploma) Apprentices
Diploma holders can also embark on a promising journey through NLC India Ltd.’s Technician Apprenticeship program. NLC RECRUITMENT 2023: Eligibility Requirements

Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in the years 2019 to 2023.
Applicants should not have undergone apprenticeship training in NLCIL or any other organization.
More than one year experience
Submission of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from legal heirs of land awardees is essential.
