AAI Atc Vacancy 2023: Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise established by an Act of Parliament, is entrusted with the responsibility of creating, upgrading, maintaining, and managing civil aviation infrastructure both on the ground and in the airspace of the country. AAI has been conferred with Mini Ratna Category-1 Status.

AAI invites applications from eligible candidates to apply online through AAI’s website www.aai.aero for the following post. Please note that no applications submitted through any other mode will be accepted.

AAI Atc Vacancy 2023: Educational Qualification

  • Full-time regular bachelor’s degree of three years in science (B.Sc.) with physics and mathematics OR
  • Full-time regular bachelor’s degree in engineering in any discipline. (Physics and mathematics should be subjects in any one of the semester’s curricula.)

The candidate shall have a minimum proficiency in both spoken and written English at the level of 10+2 standard (the candidate should have passed English as one of the subjects in the 10th or 12th standard).AAI

AAI Atc Vacancy 2023: Age Limits and Relaxation

(i) Age Limit:

  • The maximum age limit is 27 years as of November 30, 2023.

(ii) Relaxation in Age: (a) The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates. Vacancies reserved for the OBC category are meant for candidates belonging to the ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ as per the guidelines of the Government of India.

(b) The upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates where the post is identified as suitable for the relevant category of disability. This should be supported by a Certificate of Disability issued on or before November 30, 2023, by the Competnt Authority.

(c) For Ex-Servicemen, age relaxation is applicable as prescribed by Government of India orders issued from time to time.

(d) The upper age limit is relaxable by a maximum of 10 years for candidates who are in regular service of AAI and have completed their probation on initial appointment.

(e) The Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificates will only be accepted. No subsequent requests for a change in the Date of Birth will be entertained.WHATSAPP

AAI Atc Vacancy 2023: Remuneration

(i) Pay Scale (IDA):

  • Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1 level]: Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 140,000

(ii) Emoluments:

  • In addition to the basic pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of the Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits including CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, etc., are admissible as per AAI Rules.

The cost to the company (CTC) per annum for the post of junior executive would be approximately Rs. 13 lakhs.

AAI Atc Vacancy 2023: Important Instructions

(i) Only Indian Nationals who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the above post.

(ii) Candidates in their final semester (where the semester system is applicable) or final year (where the year system is applicable) on the cut-off date are allowed to apply, with the condition that they must possess the final result at the time of application verification. Failing this, their candidacy will not be considered for further processing. The date of the declaration of the result or issuance of the Marks Sheet shall be considered the date of acquiring the qualification, and no relaxation will be provided in this regard.

(iii) Age and all other eligibility criteria will be calculated as of November 30, 2023 (the cut-off date).

(iv) OBC Certificate: Candidates applying for vacancies reserved for the OBC category should note that they need to produce a valid OBC (NCL) Certificate issued during the Financial Year 2023–24 in the format for appointments to posts under the Government of India. This should be issued by the Competent Authority to confirm their belonging to the OBC comunity in the Central List of OBCs and to prove that they do not belong to the “Creamy Layer” of the OBCs. Candidates will also need to submit a declaration before their appointment confirming that they do not belong to the creamy layer of OBC. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificates for educational purposes will not be considered.

(v) EWS Certificate: Candidates applying for vacancies reserved for the EWS category should submit the EWS Certificate valid for the Financial Year 2023–24 in the prescribed format issued by the Competnt Authority to prove their belonging to the EWS category at the time of application verification.

(vi) SC/ST Certificate: Candidates applying for vacancies reserved for the SC/ST category should submit the caste certificate issued on or before November 30, 2023, by the competent authority at the time of application verification.

(vii) Disability Certificate: Candidates applying for vacancies reserved for the PwBD category should submit a valid disability certificate issued on or before November 30, 2023, by the competent authority as per government guidelines at the time of application verification.

(viii) Ex-servicemen candidates will have to produce a discharge certificate at the time of application verification.

(ix) All certificates issued by the competent authority should be in either Hindi or English. Any variation in the caste name will not be accepted. For certificates issued in any language other than Hindi or English, a translated copy, duly attested by a notary, must be submitted.

(x) Where a specific subject is required in the qualifying degree as an essential qualification for the post and it is not specifically mentioned in the candidate’s mark sheet, the candidate must submit a certificate from the university or institution confirming that the candidate has studied the required subject(s) in the qualifying degree.

(xi) In the case of an integrated master’s degree, the candidate must produce a certificate at the time of application verification to confirm the possession of a bachelor’s degree and a statement of marks issued by the university or institution.

(xii) Candidates must specify the percentage of marks obtained (calculated to the nearest two decimals) in the relevant column of the application. If the university only awards CGPA, OGPA, DGPA/CPI, etc., and not a percentage of marks, the same should be converted into a percentage in terms of the university’s conversion norms. The candidate will have to produce an equivalence certificate or document issued by the university or institution demonstrating the equivalent percentage of marks when called for application verification.

(xiii) In the case of employees from PSUs (following IDA Pay-Scales): Pay protection, up to a maximum of three (three) increments in the form of personal pay, will be provided to all eligible employees recruited in AAI through direct recruitment. The initial basic pay of the candidate will be fixed at the starting level of the scale on which they have been selected. Pay for this purpose means basic pay. The component of personal pay will be absorbed during the fixation of pay in the higher scale/pay revision. Personal pay will be shown as a separate component and will not count for any purpose, including DA.

(xiv) In the case of employees from central or state government ministries or departments (following CDA pay scales), Pay protection, up to a maximum of three (three) increments in the form of personal pay, will be provided to all eligible employees recruited in AAI through direct recruitment. The initial basic pay of the candidate will be fixed at the starting level of the scale on which they have been selected. Pay for this purpose means basic pay plus DA. AAI Atc Vacancy 2023: Application Fee and Mode of Remittance

(i) An application fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only), inclusive of GST, is to be paid by the candidates through the online mode only. Fees submitted through any other mode will not be accepted. However, SC/ST/PWD candidates and apprentices who have successfully completed one year of apprenticeship training in AAI, as well as female candidates, are exempt from payment of the fee.

(ii) The application form is integrated with the payment gateway, and the payment process can be completed by following the provided instructions.

(iii) Upon clicking the submit button, the candidate will be directed to the SBI MOPS payment portal. Candidates are required to deposit the necessary examination fees online using Internet banking, a debit card, or a credit card. Please check the charges and commission applicable for the selected ‘Mode of Payment,’ which will be borne by the candidate.

(iv) After the payment is completed, the candidate will be automatically redirected to the application portal. It is advised to take a printout of the submitted application for future reference. There is no need to send the printout to the AAI office.

(v) Fees, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances. Duplicate payments, if any, will be refunded after the closing date for the submission of applications.

(vi) To ensure the security of your data, please close the browser window once your transaction is completed.

(i) Before applying for the post, the candidate should ensure that he or she fulfills the eligibility and other criteria mentioned in the advertisement. (a) Candidates are required to apply online through the link available on www.aai.aero under the “CAREERS” tab. No other means or mode of submitting applications will be accepted under any circumstances.

(b) Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.

(c) Candidates should have a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which should remain active during the recruitment process. Candidates are requested to regularly check their email and AAI’s website for any communication from AAI.

(d) Before beginning the online application, candidates should have the following details, documents, and information ready:

(1) Valid E-mail ID: The E-mail ID entered in the online application form should remain active until the recruitment process is completed. No changes to the email ID will be allowed once registered. All correspondence regarding this recruitment will be made to the registered email ID/AAI website, including notifications to download the admit card for the online examination and the call letter for application verification if shortlisted.

(2) Scanned copy of the latest passport-size colored photograph (not more than 3 months old) and a scanned signature in digital format (as per the given dimensions)
